Linework is ready to hire part of the personnel fired by Meta

Linework is ready to hire part of the personnel fired by Meta, let’s see what’s going on.

The objective of the Italian fintech company is to strengthen and consolidate its operational capacity in international markets. Negotiations with the company and the unions are planned. At stake 22 professionals

The first negotiations will be carried out at the Italian level – which has 22 licensed professionals – involving the unions and, subsequently, the European managers thus reaching the top management of Meta for the final confrontation.

The professionals sought will be functional to Linework’s financial and commercial development needs, in line with the company’s growth plan, which aims to expand at a European and global level. To achieve the objectives set, Linework, which has already selected various figures, intends to make use of high-profile professions, well integrated in the global digital landscape, such as Meta employees could be.

“We are a dynamic company in rapid global expansion, which is why we aim to hire the best professional figures available on the market – explains the CEO of Linework, Damien Foti – The staff made redundant by Meta represents a pool of know-how, competence and vision that blend perfectly with our philosophy. For this reason, we are determined to initiate all the necessary actions so that these professionals can soon become part of the Linework family”.

Recently Meta has  announced a significant reduction in its workforce, with over 11,000 employees being laid off, which is about 13% of the company’s total workforce. To achieve this, the company has implemented cost-cutting measures, including reducing budgets and benefits, and reallocating more resources towards its metaverse, advertising platforms, and discovery engine.

Now Linework is ready to hire part of the personnel fired by Meta, and we can’t wait to welcome them!
